Enjoy the sun today because more snow is expected this week

The new year will dawn sunny and dry in Central Oregon, but more snow is on the way.

Doug Weber, a meteorology intern for the National Weather Service in Pendleton, said today will be partly cloudy and cold, but should stay dry.

Today will be mostly clear and chilly, with highs in the upper 30s....
