Once worried, ski areas are enthusiastic at recent snowfall

After a sluggish start earlier this month, area snowpack has begun to catch up in recent weeks.

And a heavy snow advisory issued for the Cascades today, along with a winter storm watch issued for Central Oregon, could mean this is just the beginning.
