Bend man hopes to fix area's glass recycling

His company will process it, put it on a train to Gallo

On a regular basis, Central Oregon residents fill up their glass recycling bins with spaghetti sauce jars, wine and beer bottles — believing they’re doing the environment a favor.

But in much of the region, the glass isn’t being reused.
