Graffiti nuisance grows throughout city of Bend

Seven suspects recently arrested, but tags still pop up

The tunnel runs under the Bend Parkway and next to the canal in southwest Bend. About 50 yards long, dozens of graffiti tags — the distinctive designs of the vandals — mark the walls. The profane messages taunt police, a few swear love to another.
