Gina Purdy didn’t return from hot springs with group of friends

Family and friends remembered the Sisters woman who was found dead Monday as a generous, irrepressible spirit.

Gina Marie Purdy, 43, was found dead at the Deer Creek Hot Springs, about an hour west of Sisters near state Highway 242, at around 5:30 p.m.
