Sheriff’s offices in Deschutes and Lane counties are jointly investigating the death of a Sisters woman who was found dead Monday in a hot springs pool east of Springfield.
Lane County Sheriff’s deputies went to Deer Creek Hot Springs off of state Highway 242 about 5:30 p.m.....
