More than 360 residents on the east side of Madras lost power when a construction crew knocked down some power lines around 5:20 p.m. Tuesday, according to Pacific Power spokesman Tom Gauntt.
As of around 9:50 p.m., power had been restored to all but 159 customers, he said, with full power....
