A federal jury on Monday convicted Michael Rich, former president and CEO of Bend-based Pac Equities Inc., of 25 counts relating to a securities fraud scheme, the U.S. Department of Justice said Tuesday.
The U.S. District Court jury also found Pac Equities Inc. guilty of the securities fraud....
