Mile-long StarFest to be on display

StarFest, the annual holiday light display at Eagle Crest Resort near Redmond, will be illuminated through Jan. 2.

The mile-long display of lights will be on from 5:30 to 9:30 every evening, and admission is free. Donations of canned goods will be accepted.

Weekends will feature horse-drawn....
