The gentle slope of the new Wanoga Sno-play area will replace the more treacherous hill at Skyliner

Bundled up against the cold, volunteers from ski and snowmobile clubs put finishing touches on the Wanoga Sno-play area Wednesday morning. They cleared logs and stumps from the sledding hill, put up signs, burned a big pile of branches and set up fire pits.

All the hill needs now is enough snow....
