Madras vies for $2.15M for hangar

New airport facility could bring up to 30 new jobs to the area

At one time, it was a training ground for WWII B-17 and B-22 bomber pilots. Now, the city of Madras is hoping to revitalize its airport with a new 30,000-square-foot hangar.
