Former Warm Springs woman wins art award for sculptures

Sculptor Lillian Pitt, originally from Warm Springs, is this year’s recipient of the High Desert Museum’s 24th annual Earle A. Chiles Award.

“It’s just a thrill,” Pitt said. “And a honor.”
