Theodore Hitchcock Quinn, of Prineville, died Saturday. He was 96.

Private services will be held.

Mr. Quinn was born Aug. 26, 1911, in Hoquiam, Wash., the son of Thomas and Helen (Pichette) Quinn. He graduated from Benson High School in Portland in 1929.....
