St. Vincent de Paul thrift store relocating to increase its space

Each month, Susan Spetter goes to the La Pine St. Vincent de Paul for fresh milk, frozen carrots, a loaf of bread and other free food.

In the past seven years that she has lived in La Pine, Spetter also has received help with heating bills and medication for her 12-year-old bipolar....
