With clay and creativity, young and old take part in showcase

Asher Howell grimaced as he forced a rolling pin over a hunk of clay Sunday afternoon, trying to make it “bigger.”

The 3-year-old managed to flatten the clay to the size of a small tortilla before imprinting it with designs using stamps and rolling tools.
