That thing off the Cascade Lakes Highway near the entrance to Tetherow is the most abhorrent piece of blight I have seen in Central Oregon. It is apparently intended to bring electrical service to the new Tetherow development. Good for them, a sad day for the rest of us.
One must wonder who....
