Natural gas rates to rise locally

Prices drop for customers of Oregon’s other main gas providers

Central Oregonians will see a slight increase in natural gas rates — 0.8 percent, or 59 cents per month for the typical Cascade Natural Gas Corp. residential customer — starting Thursday, according to the Oregon Public Utility Commission’s annual rate adjustments....
