Bicyclist injured when hit by van

A 41-year-old transient was injured Sunday when he ignored a traffic light, crossed the Bend Parkway on the south end of town and was struck by a van.

Bend police said Roger Silverio Duran failed to stop for a red traffic light about 4 p.m. while crossing the parkway at Pinebrook Boulevard.....
