An original painting by Vincent Van Gogh was donated to the Portland Art Museum on Monday.
“The Ox-Cart (Charrette de boeuf)” was painted in 1884, while the artist lived in the Dutch town of Nuenen. It was purchased in 1950 by the mother of Roseburg resident Frances Sohn.....
