Summit Initiative to Reduce Class Size, or SIRCS, will hold a raffle Friday. Tickets are $25 each, with a $10,000 grand prize travel voucher. Other prizes include golf packages, local restaurant gift certificates, jewelry, rafting trips and massages. Tax-deductible contributions also....
