Members of the Lone Pine Rangers mounted shooting club will host their annual Halloween Spook Shoot on Saturday, Oct. 27. The daylong event begins at 9 a.m. and will be held at the Lone Pine Rangers arena, located approximately 15 miles north of Prineville on state Highway 126.
