Girls Go Outside, a local nonprofit, has planned a mother and daughter rock climbing weekend Oct. 20-21. Girls in sixth through eighth grades and their mothers will spend two days learning to rock climb at Smith Rock State Park from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
