Ranchers and farmers in Central Oregon can’t help but be addicted to alpacas

With a rainy pall obscuring the Cascades in the background and a steady, cold wind blowing across the flats between Sisters and Bend Sunday afternoon, it was hardly the ideal weather to get people outside for National Alpaca Farm Day.
