'Silly Lilly' brings cheer to many in Central Oregon

Tina Myers, 49, divides her time between her day job at a Bend physical therapy office and part-time clowning: delivering singing telegrams, painting faces, shaping balloon animals and walking on stilts at parties, fundraisers and other events around Central Oregon.
