County tries to boost compliance by offering wider variety of options

Licensing dogs is the law, but that doesn’t mean everyone puts tags on their dogs.

In order to increase the number of dogs in the area that are on the books and make it easier for owners to comply with the rules, Deschutes County has been partnering with local veterinary offices.
