A Redmond woman ran over a Bend woman Tuesday, police said.
Charlotte Rinehart, 59, drove over Connie Jensen, 48, at about 11 a.m. Tuesday in a red 2006 Volkswagen Beetle, according to a news release from the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office.
Rinehart was arguing with Jensen about family....
