Dead woman’s family sues her husband over property

The family of a Bend woman whose husband is charged with her murder has filed a lawsuit to prevent him from inheriting property she owned before her disappearance in 2002.

Brenda Kay Middlekauff’s body was found in a partially buried barrel on private property in La Pine in July 2005.....
