Zoo festival puts life in the spotlight

From the smallest insect to the largest whale, animals play a prominent role in cultures, beliefs and customs around the world.

The Oregon Zoo celebrates how animals have influenced humans throughout history during the World Animal Festival in Portland, Sept. 29-Oct. 7.
