Sebastian Ortega, the 3-year-old who was rescued from a Bend pool, is improving at Legacy Emanuel Children’s Hospital in Portland.

The boy was in good condition Wednesday evening, according to a hospital spokeswoman.

Ortega was hospitalized roughly two weeks ago, after he was rescued....
