Students by the droves

Schools expect more growth but are finding ways to cope

Students in Central Oregon have just started filling the hallways and, to no one’s surprise, enrollment for K-12 schools is up again this year.

Though the data is preliminary, school officials say they were expecting another year of crowded quarters.
