David Uri of Bend finished 47th out of nearly 2,600 competitors in the 25th edition of the Ironman Canada Triathlon on Aug. 26 in Penticton, British Columbia.
The race included a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run through the picturesque Okanagan Valley.
