Violinist finds harmony in Bend

Bend is no Los Angeles.

For professional violinist Isabelle Senger, that’s both good and bad. The 31-year-old Senger and her husband moved to Bend in July from the Los Angeles suburb of Pasadena and are excited to no longer breathe bad air.
