Boy who nearly drowned taken to Portland ICU

Sebastian Ortega, the 3-year-old boy rescued after almost drowning at a Bend pool Tuesday, was transported Wednesday to Legacy Emanuel Children’s Hospital in Portland, where he was in critical condition in pediatric intensive care unit.
