Remaining timber won’t be sold: ‘The wood’s no good’

After a lawsuit tied up two salvage logging sales for more than a year, the U.S. Forest Service and a logging company have agreed to cancel the rest of the contract, and leave the remaining 2 million board feet of timber that burned in the 2003 B&B Complex Fire still standing.
