Rumble on River rafting race is set for Sept. 9 on Deschutes

Rumble on the River, a rafting race on the Upper Deschutes, is set for Sunday, Sept. 9.

The races include two-person teams, with men’s, women’s and co-ed divisions available.

Races will start at the Big Eddy Rapids on the Deschutes, off of Conklin Road west of Bend.....
