El Caporal West uses servers' shirts to promote local businesses

Right away, Bend resident Sunshine Phillips noticed something different about the servers at El Caporal West on Friday evening. The employees looked like walking advertisements, with their matching black polo shirts emblazoned with other local businesses across the front.
