A memorial service for Todd Sampson will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Sisters Community Church. The church is located at 15220 McKenzie Highway. The Sampson family said that in lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted in the name of the Todd J. Sampson Foundation.
