Boy, 13, arrested on suspicion of burglary after high-speed chase

Police arrested a 13-year-old Bend boy early Monday morning after a short high-speed chase on Third Street that ended not long after the vehicle crashed into a guardrail.

Bend officers received a call about a possible burglary in process at the Connecting Point Computer Center, 514 N.W. Franklin....
