REDMOND — Amish tradition at the Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo is, well, a tradition. At least it is in Bob and Gloria Landers’ corner of the fairgrounds.

This is the 28th year that the Landerses have run their Amish pastry stand, called Funnel Cake West, at the fair.
