Kenneth Wesley Lulow, of Madras, died Monday of natural causes. He was 82.

Visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6, at Bel-Air Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Mount Jefferson Memorial Park in Madras.
