A 4-foot bronze model of a statue of fallen soldier Army Pfc. Tom Tucker, of Madras, will be unveiled at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, according to a news release from the studio of Troutdale artist Rip Caswell.
