Thousands of RVs converge on Redmondfor the first of two such events this summer

Everyone knows that Redmond is a fast-growing city. But starting Thursday, the city’s population will jump by roughly a third, as 9,000 recreational vehicle enthusiasts descend on Redmond for The Rally at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center.
