Partners plan new bar, music venue at old Bend City Grill

With the popular downtown Bend nightspot The Grove gone for the foreseeable future, a group of locals plans to reopen the old Bend City Grill on Oregon Avenue as a restaurant, bar and live music venue some time this fall.

They hope the venture, as yet unnamed, will help fill a Grove-sized hole....
