Bend takes eighth of last nine in WCCBL

SPOKANE, Wash. - Bend rallied to score four runs with two outs in the top of the ninth inning Thursday night as the Elks defeated the Spokane RiverHawks 7-3 in West Coast Collegiate Baseball League play.
