Bend's Aspire Health & Fitness has new owners. Bend residents Phyllis Abbott and Marcie Willman finalized the purchase of the east Bend athletic club from Austin Hernandez on June 1, Abbott said. Details of the sale were not released. Abbott says nothing will change for now in the gym's....
