Man gets 12 years in sexual assault case

A Warm Springs man was sentenced in federal court to 12 years in prison for one count of aggravated sexual assault.

Alan Dale Warner, 33, a resident of the American Indian reservation, pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault involving a girl who was younger than 12 at the time.
