An 11-year-old Redmond boy has been charged with third-degree assault in the shooting of a Redmond teen, according to a news release from the Redmond Police Department.

Caleb Cade, 13, was shot in the head on June 23 by a boy he knew. He was taken to St. Charles Medical Center-Bend by Air Life....
