oz rum
Splash of simple syrup
1 lime
8 sprigs of fresh mint
Soda
Muddle the mint in the bottom of a 12-oz glass, crush the ice and filter out the mint pulp. Add the ingredients, cut and squeeze the lime over the mixture and fill with soda.
