The Deschutes Pioneer Association plans its annual Pioneer Picnic from noon to 4 p.m. July 21 at the Reid School building, now the home of the Des Chutes Historical Center, 129 N.W. Idaho Ave., in Bend.
The association provides coffee, cake, punch and ice cream. Attendees bring their own lunches....
