Off limits to off-roaders

Public input is being solicited on where to allow recreational vehicles before making most of the Deschutes and Ochoco national forests

In the Deschutes and Ochoco national forests now, off-road vehicle riders can drive anywhere they want, as long as it’s not in a prohibited area and doesn’t damage resources.
